App Admins
Admins of the app can add or change company values so that while giving props, your team will have the option to specify the core value they are showing their appreciation. App admins can also update the daily limits and leadership notification settings.
To add a new admin or to remove an existing admin, simply navigate to Home tab of Props by Harmony and click Manage Admins button.
Leadership Notifications and Daily Limits
By navigating to Update Settings button on the Home tab of Props by Harmony, the admins of the app can manage below settings:
- Daily Props Limit: Shows how much props a team member can give daily.
- Daily Props Limit for Admins: Shows how much props an admin of the app can give daily.
- Leadership Notifications Channel: Specifies the channel for sharing leaderships. The leadership notifications are sent every week on Mondays and at the first day of each month.
- Time for Leadership Notifications: Shows the time for leadership notifications.
Company Values
Admins of the app can add or change company values so that while giving props, your team will have the option to specify the core value they are showing their appreciation for.
Simply navigate to Home tab of Props by Harmony and click Edit Values button. You can select the emoji that represents your company value.
